Although Pukekohe Park is better known internationally as a motor racing circuit, it is primarily a horse racing circuit in New Zealand. It is located 40 km south of Auckland City in the North Island. The track runs 2.84 km in length with 7 turns. In the center of the circuit there is a horse racing course, which dictates the use of the site as it's owned by the Counties Racing Club. Some major events under its belt are Tasman Series, New Zealand V8s, Toyota Racing Series, V8 Supercars and New Zealand Grand Prix.
